On behalf of our client - a leading bank in Zurich, we are looking for a IT Software Engineer for a new engagement who will join and support the local Multichannel Contact Center team (MCCS).
YOUR TASKS:
- You will be responsible for technical Genesys integrations
- Provide the neutral view of the current and target set up for Multichannel Contac Center
- Involved in reducing the knowledge dependency on a single 3rd party vendor
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experienced IT Software engineer with strong knowledge in integrating Genesys solutions
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Execution of tasks in a timely manner
- Fluency in English and German
