IT Site Support for Coordination of Global IT Initiatives - PART TIME

IT Site Support required with knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies and experience working in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment. You will have good coordination and communication skills in German AND English

Your responsibilities:
* Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
* Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
* Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
* Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
* Support of IT Manager
* Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
* Keep IT Department web up to date
* Communications
* Other administrative tasks
* General IT Support
* Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
* IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up

Utilisation: 3 days per week
