IT SIAM Lead

Background
Our central government client has a 13 month requirement for a IT SIAM lead based in Warrington.

Skills/Experience Required
The successful candidate will have. A wealth of experience working in complex IT/Procurement programmes. Specialist within the area of at least two of the following disciplines. TOM development. Supplier Performance Management. End to End Service Mapping. Commercial Model development. Transition planning It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate a successful track record in some of the following. Working in a Strand delivery role. defining services and solutions similar to the scope of the FCD SIPM Strand. Supporting delivery of a formal procurement exercise for IT service contract via a defined programme life cycle. Providing insight to and influencing senior stakeholders. working within a team environment, with a mixture of internal and external resources. Experience of working with suppliers within a formal procurement exercise. Excellent understanding of financial and commercial modelling and ability to contribute and lead economic & financial options analysis. Clear leadership ability to lead diverse technical and management groups in DA development of new service capabilities. Ability to exert influence at a range of levels from CIO to Subject Matter Expert (SME) including outsourced partners. A strong background in the design and deployment of End to End services (within an ITIL framework). Detailed knowledge of developing process maps/swim lanes in a multi layered environment. Ability to direct team to produce detailed designs for deployment and expansion of service. Ability to work with other groups and 3rd parties to influence opinion and obtain commitment to plans and projects. Understanding of operational requirements and relationship to designs

Should have experience of implementing a SIAM function within a large-scale organisation with a diverse supply chain
