IT Service/Supplier Manager-ITIL-SC Cleared-North West

Skilled IT Service Managers, ITIL with supplier management experience, SC Security Cleared, required by our government, public sector client based in the North West.

Due to the urgency of the role SC or DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance required

You will offer demonstrable experience of IT Service Delivery with a good knowledge of ITIL.

Experience in supplier negotiation essential.

Experience in Supplier Management to commission and manage the successful delivery of products and ensure that ongoing supportable and maintainable solutions are adopted.

Take ownership of service management related technical design decisions throughout the delivery. Ensuring service management -specific project activities technically align.

Manage the development and deployment of service management IT solutions Inform the implementation strategy of service management IT solutions as part of the wider introduction of a new Service Management organisation and assist in its execution

Significant understanding and delivery of Service Management Strategies in a complex environment.

Understanding of technical architectures and how these underpin service management strategies APMP/PRINCE2 ITIL
