Aufgaben:

- Ensuring the SLAs as well as the operational availability
- Provision of required reports
- Change Request management including effort estimation, risk assessment, prioritization and task creation
- Technical problem management
- Coordination of error fixing and emergency maintenance
- Creation and maintenance of operational documentation

- Understanding the IT-Service approach based on ITIL, especially in IT Service-Support, IT-Service Delivery,
