Job description:
To ensure that all BI support and maintenance service implementation comply with recognised methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting)
Dealing with technical team leads, internal experts and 3rd party vendors to ensure that planning, timelines and quality of deliverables are met.
Managing stakeholders effectively.
To ensure smooth cut-over from projects to business-as-usual with each release.
To build, implement and improve Support & Maintenance processes and underlying tools including interfaces to other operational units.
To drive Business Roll-Out's and Hypercare.
To establish and maintain relationship with the Super Users and business community to ensure business requirements are captured in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with the Project Manager in driving and implementing the Support and Organization metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with Project Manager to drive sourcing and vendor management of Support and Maintenance services, including optimizing budget and costs.
Key Deliverables:
