TIER 1 IT SERVICE DESK ASSOCIATE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Norfolk, VA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Tier 1 IT Helpdesk Troubleshooting for Windows OS
- Experience with break/fix computer support

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide desk side support for users on Microsoft Operating Systems
- Provide initial Tier 1 computer helpdesk support
- Answer initial calls from network users for break/fix, troubleshooting support
- Open initial tickets, isolate and/or escalate technical issues

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Secret level clearance
- Certified: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+
- Minimum one (1) year of Information Technology support
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service support

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with Military Protocol
- Military Information Technology experience
