This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading IT Outsourcing company within the technical support function, as Service Desk Analyst.

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role, and good technical skills around
*Windows XP/7,
*Active Directory,
*Exchange.

You can expect to carry out the following duties: 1st line Sevice Desk/1st Line Support Dealing with service calls, emails and web tickets in an appropriate manner; logging, and directing to the correct team in accordance with SLAs.
