For our client, a German automotive software company based in Erlangen, we are currently hiring an

IT Service Desk 1st Level Support (m/w)
Reference number: 328962
Starting date: asap
Length of the contract: 6 months with option of extension

Aufgaben:
* 1st Level IT Support for incidents and service request
* Support via Tickets, on telephone and face2face
* Ticket processing including prioritization and classification
* Solution of tickets according to documented specifications
* Creation and maintenance of knowledge entries in the Knowledge Database
* Emission of IT equipment
* Take over network patching tasks
* Set up workstations

Anforderungen:
* IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker(m/w)) in system integration or application development
* Experience in end-user support and with ticket tools
* Support skills in standard applications (MS-Office, Outlook) and client operating systems (Win7)
* Basic knowledge and support skills in Windows 10 is a plus
* Enjoying having direct contact with people
* Friendly appearance in customer service
* Basic network knowledge
* Languages: good German & English skills
* Certificates: ITIL V3 is a plus
