IT Service Design Lead - Public Sector - North West

IT Service Design Lead required for a major Public Sector/Government Organisation based in the North West.

The main duties will include:
drawing on the departments IT strategy and business strategy defines the relationships between business requirements and IT service contracts and captures this information in a Services Framework, works with the Architecture team to ensure that Architectural Strategy is reflected in the Service Framework, responsible for the overall coordination and definition of Service Design for new or improved services and processes across the existing tower contracts, defines service Roadmaps that reflect the Architectural Roadmaps and ensuring that new Service Designs are produced to meet the agreed current and future IT requirements of the organisation.

Experience required includes:
Service Integration and Management, Hosting, producing a framework of services that aligns with an IT Architecture strategy, defining Service Roadmaps and defining and designing Services that must be integrated across multiple vendors to provide seamless services to the end user.

The role will be based in the North West for 3 months initially with a rate circa 650- 680 per day.
