IT Service Delivery Representative Job

IT SERVICE DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experienced with utilizing ITIL best practices
- Experienced with some Project Management/Business processes
- Experienced with incident, problem, change and availability management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Project Management/Customer Service
- Ensure timely resolution of incident and drive high availability utilizing ITIL best practices
- Ensure that IT has appropriate level of process definition, rigor, and reporting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have an Secret level clearance or above
- 10+ years of experience
- Be able to utilize ITIL best practices

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certified ITIL
