IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordinate and lead global initiatives to deliver SAP Platform related Infrastructure services
-Implementation, Optimization and Monitoring (e.g. User Provisioning, Security, De-provisioning, Transports, etc.)
-Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies specified are followed and to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
-Build close relationship to global service owners (application teams) and key stakeholders
-Supporting global Team in setting up and managing the IT Services and IT Service Catalog
-Participating in global SAP Platform Business Relationship Management & App Owner Meetings
-Participating in global Project Reviews for SAP Platform and Infrastructure delivery

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound working experience in Information Technology

Service Delivery Unit providing SAP Services -Experience with implementing/supporting Manufacturing/Engineering related Services like CAx, PLM, MES
-Experience in leading shared and external Service Teams/Provider Management
-Strong Experience and Knowledge in Process Management (Setup, Mapping, Optimization)
-Comfortable presenting technical topics to business associates
