IT Service Continuity Manager - Leeds, Yorkshire

Experienced IT SERVICE CONTINUITY MANAGER required for government organisation based in LEEDS, Yorkshire

CVS MUST DEMONSTRATE SIGNIFICANT AND RECENT EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN AN IT SERVICE CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT (ITSCM)ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for:Approval of supplier ITSCM plans, ensuring that all the contractual requirements of the plan are provided and in line with relevant schedules.

Completing of ITSCM assurance, testing and exercising with suppliers.

Provide subject matter expertise on IT Service Continuity Management

Provision of information and expert guidance on supplier IT Service Continuity Management related capabilities during High Severity Service Incidents and post incident reviews.

Communication and engagement to key stakeholders for all test related activities (eg agreeing scope, witnessing, test sign-off etc.)

Identification and initiation of improvement activities following any Disaster Recovery invocations, capacity or availability HSSIs.

Ownership and management of the Service Management Business Continuity plan.

Review of technical design documentation at various stages throughout the development life cycle into service acceptance.

Accountability for the ITSCM management discipline for all major suppliers

Ownership of all ITSCM management requirements with a minimum annual review of these requirements/gap analysis against industry best practice.

Delivery of prioritised service improvements, via an effective plan for both internal ITSCM related improvement and supplier owned improvements
