-Managing complex IT projects in a highly developed environment

-Stakeholders management, conflict management and people management
-Reporting regularly on the project's progress: Indicating problems and risks; recommending corrective action

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Strong experience in IT project Management and project documentation
-Profound experience within an international environment as well as in large, complex and global IT projects
-Strong Pharmaceutical business consulting skills (CSV and GxP)
-Pronounced project management, stakeholder management, people management and change management skills
-Ability to lead workshops with large number of diverse participants (both from Business and IT)
-Ability to travel up to 20%
-PMP certified (nice to have)
-Proactive thinking to identify and monitor project risks
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
