IT Security Specialist

IT Security Specialist wanted for an international bank in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Supporting the Data Protection EEC and Secure External Collaboration Projects
- Implementing, operational management, ownership of all areas of IT security
- Providing input to the development of security policies and practices, data protection and IT security standards, enforcement and compliance auditing of security policies and procedures
- Acting as a consultant on security solutions
- Ensuring that processes, deliverables and responsibilities are fully aligned with strategic priorities

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years work experience as an IT Security Specialist
- Experience in integrating external security products is essential
- Knowledge of any PBA (Pre-Boot Authentication) product is a must
- Experience as a Software Engineer
- Knowledge in MCSE Server Infrastructure (or similar) and/or MCSE Desktop Infrastructure
- Experience in Security Solutions, in complex environments and large companies
- Good working awareness of thin/fat/web applications,OSI model, Networking & Security, web services HTTP/HTTPS and network protocols and standards such as DNS
- Excellent end-to-end troubleshooting skills throughout the application & network layers
- Overall IT Security knowledge
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
