Your Skills
- More than 10 years of experience as an IT Security Project Manager
- More than 3 years Program Management experience/experience of managing programs involving interconnected projects
- Project experience leading large scale (more than 50 K employees, multi geography) transformation/management projects and managed cross-functional resources to optimize enterprise security
- Information security knowledge is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
- Experience with Change Management is a plus

Your Tasks
- Lead the Program Management Office to ensure a successful implementation, and make a substantial contribution to the global security transformation program
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of the program
- Provide strategic direction to track managers. Ensure program objectives, quality and milestones are met.
- Lead program planning and tracking
- Manage the program team, foster collaboration and ensure mentorship
- Manage budgets, resources, analyse data points, present concise view of status across projects.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress, status and key milestones of the program
- Highlight potential risks and mitigation actions; facilitate issues discussion, resolution and escalation where necessary

Languages
- Fluent in English is a Must (project language)
- Another language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus
