IT Security Manager (CISM, Cissp)

IT Security Manager (CISM, CISSP) required for a client in Rotterdam;

Summary:

As Security Manager you define the ICT security measures for the various clusters within the municipal organization. You do this on the basis of established policy, legal requirements and the wishes of the clusters. Here you take into account issues such as the ICT security threats, trends that you identify, the municipal ICT organization and future developments.

You coordinate and test the implementation of ICT security measures and ensure a level of security that suits the needs and risk appetite of the organization. Then you continuously monitor the risks and report them.

You contribute to the preparation of the policy set by the CISO. You make analyzes and prepare procedures and project proposals that relate to information security and improvement. Finally, you supervise security audits and initiate and monitor the resulting improvement actions.

Skills:

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Information Security Management

Professional (ISMP) or Certified Information Security Specialist (CISSP);

you have at least 5 years experience as Security Manager;

you have at least 5 years experience as ICT Security measures and information security or a similar function;

you have demonstrable experience in managing people;

you have the following system knowledge: ICT infrastructures (Microsoft/Linux/Citrix) at Enterprise level, Cisco network security and Oracle

database infrastructure;

you have an extremely good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
