My client is a long-established organisation in the German financial sector. They currently have an opening for a motivated, professional person who is interested to take on an exciting challenge in the field of Banking IT-Audit and consulting.

The company is uniquely positioned, giving you access to major investment banks to conduct IT audits and reporting and actioning these to decision making level. You will gather an immense amount of knowledge and become an expert in banking IT audits, a field which is currently under a high amount of focus and attention. The role offers versatile tasks, independent working conditions, and a chance to make your mark in the banking sector!

Your tasks include:

- Conducting IT audits, audit site monitoring
- Discussion of IT issues with bank’s staff and project members
- Participate in safety analysis, software certifications, and data protection audits
- Report to management and board level of the banks, present reports
- Conduct audits across Germany

Skills:

- University degree (IT and/or banking related)
- Experience in banking IT sector
- Practical experience in implementation of IT audits
- Knowledge of international standards (COBIT, ITIL, ACL etc.)
- Fluent spoken and written German
- Willingness to travel
