- Technical Recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for Software, Hardware and Networking Engineering positions
- Ability to build a pipeline of candidates from job boards, Linkedin, referrals, and ATS
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Sourcing, identifying, qualifying and submitting candidates that are a technical match for job
- Manage the relationship with candidates from the initial conversation throughout the duration of their contract.
- Responsible for building pipelines of potential, current and previous contractor for job openings.
- Qualifying required job related skillsets, salary negotiations, interview preparation, interview debriefings, networking, reference checks, handling Visa related issues, candidate on-boarding, etc.
- Work directly with the Hiring Manager or internal Account Executives on a daily basis to priorities orders
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Excellent customer service
- The ability to interact with hiring managers, candidates and internal sales team
- Great negotiating skills
- A sense of humor!
