IT-Projekt-Manager (m/w)

 

AUFGABENGEBIET:

- Ensure proper documentation of business requirements as basis for functional and technical spec
- Ensure design & build within work stream based on scope agreed with Solution Delivery Lead
- Steer and control resources within the stream
- Ensure on schedule and good quality delivery
- Plan and assign work packages to other resources within the work stream
- Clarify open business and process topics on work stream level
- Maintain risks & issues logs on work stream level
- Manage scope, budget, resources and schedule on work stream level
- Report work stream status incl. risks, actual effort and effort to completion
- Align solution with other work streams
- Escalate resource issues and scope changes

ANFORDERUNGEN:

- Expertise from previous projects within the power dispatch function, with a working knowledge of Asset Steering and Monitoring solutions across Europe
- Experience of large scale vendor selections in the dispatch space, specifically in proposal preparation and vendor / solution evaluation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in 'typical' project management tasks, such as planning, managing the project team, identifying and managing risks, dependencies and conflicts, managing and delivering to a plan / deadline.
- Ability to provide structure and momentum to drive the cross locational project team to deliver against the programme plan.
