IT Project Officer

As IT project officer you will:

-track the progress of work being performed in a project
- follow up on key milestones and deliverables
- monitor project status and issues that may impact the delivery of a project.
- assist project managers (PM) in the creation of project plans
- support the PM (updating project plan fixing baseline schedules …)
- prepare reports (timelines based on resources allocation project status reports; …)
- identify planning risks and issues
- maintain project masterdata (Project Server)
- identify and propose opportunities to optimize the existing project planning & reporting processes

Profile:

- You have minimum a Bachelor's degree and an interest in IT
- You have at least 2 years experience in an (IT) project management organisation
- You are self-confident and are quick to learn new systems and tools (e.g. MS Project Server & Excel pivot tables)
- You feel confident in communicating in a professional way with people on different levels in the organisation
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
- MS Project Server experience is an asset
- You have a strong eye for detail.
- You are a team player and proactively identify & propose ways to help your direct colleagues with their workload.
- You are organized pragmatic & rigorous.
- You take full ownership of the tasks & responsibilities assigned to you. .
