Skills Needed:
8-10 years of relevant experience;.*Active PMP cert is required; Familiarity with Oracle E-business Suite (specifically P2P, iProc, iExpense); Knowledge of Waterfall Project Lifecycle methodology; Soft skills for group: Flexibility, excellent communication skills; Workday* and SharePoint knowledge/experience would be very helpful; Clarity would be helpful.

Job Description:
This candidate will join the Corporate Information Technology Project Management Office (PMO) for Financeconcentration in Finance, Computer Science or related technical discipline and/or MS/MBA a plus
- 10+ years experience managing IT Projects required
- PMP certification REQUIRED
- Experience managing and executing large scale global financial system implementations for Oracle Financial E-business Suite (ie, P2P, iProc, iExpense, Fixed Assets, etc.), Hyperion, OBIEE, Treasury, Tax and Human Capital Management (ie, WorkDay, Performance and Career Planning, Absence Management, Learning Management Systems, Time Tracking, etc.) applications
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels
- Ability to understand business needs related to Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Tax, and Human Capital Management system solutions
- Experience working with and managing the activities of third party vendors.
- Working knowledge of the software development life cycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation production support, including quality assurance and system integration
- Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams in remote locations
- Team player with ability to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization
- Solid analytical skills; able to think strategically
