IT PROJECT MANAGER - PHARMA/DRUG DEVELOPMENT (4548)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ YEARS OF IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY ESPECIALLY CLINICAL DRUG DEVELOPMENT FUNCTION
- SUPERIOR PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS, INCLUDING STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF VARIOUS METHODOLOGIES (EG. ICE, AGILE, WATERFALL, SDLC)
- Considerable business domain awareness and political agility (eg interrelationship of departments, business priorities), plus in depth industry understanding and network
- General to detailed understanding of current technologies, and their application to enable business value
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and represent the project from start-up to completion
- Leadership of global internal and external project teams
- Vendor management (incl. contract management)
- Be responsible for achieving the project objectives
- Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables, plus business value delivery
- Active and continuous risk and issue management
- Report project status and issues, particularly to the Steering Committee when/where help is needed
- Compliance to internal standards and policies (eg. IGM) and external standards (eg. GxP) where applicable
