IT- Project Manager Job

PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT job opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN JOSE, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- As a Project Manager, lead project from creation of RFP to the selection of an outsourced Transactional Survey Partner.
- Evaluate prospective vendors, review proposals, and manage the entire vendor-selection process for all constituent departments, including vetting vendor contracts
- Manage all phases of planning, scheduling, launching, and training.
- Combine SAP sales data feeds and marry it with Salesforce. Then combine it into a MS Dynamics feed.
- Coordinate input from all constituent groups into a single actionable view.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Business Intelligence, and Global Support Operations to define and develop an action plan.
- Lead project teams focused on business enablement services & training, and supportability

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Project Management with minimum five (5) years experience.
- PMP certification desired.
- Experience managing software releases and software licensing.
- Strong understanding of software entitlement flows from Point of Sale, back to the purchasing customer.
- Strong business analytics and experience with SAP and Salesforce.
- Experience working with cross functional team (Support, Sales Ops, IT, Product Marketing, Engineering).
- Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment similar to a start up.
- Have experience organizing and leading development of the response to a Business Unit level licensing and entitlement strategy into multistage deliverables that are then executed and delivered against.
- Experience with planning, scheduling, launching, and training.
