IT Project Manager - HR Digital Innovations (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project
-Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-Ensure resource availability and allocation
-Meet with business to clarify specific project requirements
-Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
-Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
-Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
-Report and escalate to management as needed
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven working experience in project management and Conversational AI Platforms (HR ChatBots)
-Technical understanding of Cognigy.AI, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors BizX
-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, German is a plus)
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
-Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a plus
-Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
