PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

Role Objective:

In collaboration with the manager, Head of LI and MA Planning, help coordinate the execution of specific LOC Interaction lead projects:

- EUCANMSL Leaders Community: collaborativeEUCAN-LOC community managing and executing regional initiated projects to improve processes and capabilities ofEUCANMSLs
- Project management
- WebEx and meeting organisation, agenda, minutes, actions follow up
- SharePoint management
- MSLKPIs: Planning and ExecutionKPIs to be implemented through SMILECRM by end ofFY17 (Fiscal Year 2017 finishes on31st of March 2018)
- MSL Leaders Task Force follow up: deliveries, timelines, leader and members support
- Q2 dashboard execution management:
- Collect LOC files
- Follow up with LOCs
- Support TF leader: excel files integration, dashboard Q2 preparation
- LOC training coordination
- MSLKOL engagement plan: SMILECRM supportedMSLKOL strategic plans to be implemented by end ofFY17
- Medical CRM champions coordination (new group)
- Project management: execution follow up, communication
- SMILECRM implementation coordination
- SMILE BI-LOC interaction team coordination: meetings, agendas, minutes
- LOC train the trainer program support: communication, virtualtraining organisation
- Medical Strategic Framework:
- Follow up with Therapeutic Area leaders (Vangelis, Fiona, Irene, Marlies) EUCAN medical plans sharing and LOC plans reviews
- Project management, execution follow-up.
- VoKOL: Insight gathering system/process
- Therapeutic Area leaders system implementation follow up
- LOC training coordination
