IT Project Manager - Credit Project Implementation - Business Analysis

Our Client, a major private bank based in Geneva is currently looking for an IT Project Manager with a strong experience in IT Credit project implementation.
You will be managing projects related to the Credit department and will have the following responsibilities:
As a Project Management (70%)
Define or take part in the pre-assessment project (cost, delay, quality, governance) in coordination with his/her manager,
Define and manage the project plan, including various stakeholders who may be working in other IT teams,
Define the budget request and perform the proper follow-up,
Prepare and write the project documentation according to the company methodology,
Ensure a timely reporting to his/her management in line with the existing tools and processes
As a Business Analyst (30%):
Assist the sponsor in the requirements definition.
Perform the functional analysis of the different requirements reported by the users or the sponsor(s).
Define and propose a solution in accordance with all project stakeholders (which may include third-tiers application teams).
Write the project deliveries according to company methodology.
Prepare and lead workshops.
Assist the development team(s) in the technical analysis.
Coordinate and perform tests (SIT and UAT).
Identify and ensure a close follow-up of risks and issues. Propose a mitigation plan for each item.
Assist and train users in the project implementation as well as after the project go live.
The successful candidate has at least 7 years experience and MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH.
Due to the urgency of this position, we are able to consider application from candidates already based in Switzerland.
