IT Project Manager with profound Organizational Change Management knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- More than 5 years of experience in general project management in the IT area and minimum of 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Profound background in project management in context of trainings
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to motivate and lead people
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Taking responsibility for the replacement of the IT Service Management tools for all IT solutions and services
- Supporting the Organizational Change Management in addition to preparing and presenting weekly training report to OCM Team
- Managing time, budget and resources as well as ensuring communication between all parties during training development
- Working together with Instructional Designer and vendors to coordinate training material review cycles
- Ensuring quality of training material including adhering the technical compatibility requirements as well as certifying the Role Mapping spreadsheet
