IT Project Manager

OUR DIRECT CLIENT IN CLEVELAND, OH IS LOOKING FOR AN IT PROJECT MANAGER FOR A 1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION WITH LIKELY EXTENSIONS. THE RIGHT PERSON WILL SUPPORT THE OVERALL QUALITY OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING PRODUCTION QUALITY TO MINIMIZE BUSINESS DISRUPTION AND TO MINIMIZE IT COSTS OF CORRECTING ERRORS: A MINIMUM OF TEN YEARS PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERING COMPLEX IT PROJECTS IN LARGE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS. PMP CERTIFICATION STRONGLY PREFERRED. CANDIDATES CAN ONLY WORK ON A W-2 BASIS.

Overtime: straight time

- 10+ years project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in large corporate environments.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and is comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
- Exhibit leadership qualities that enable them to motivate the project team to achieve outstanding results.
- General understanding of various technologies and technical concepts that could include: application programming, database design, system design, Internet and web presence, or Client Server architectures.
