Overtime: straight time
- Minimum of ten years IT project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex IT projects in large corporate environments.
- Experience with Agile/iterative methodologies is required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
- Leadership qualities that enable them to motivate the project team to achieve outstanding results.
- General understanding of various technologies and technical concepts that could include: application programming, database design, system design, Internet and web presence, or Client Server architectures.
