IT Project Management Support

The IT Project Management Support resource will be responsible for coordinating, testing and implementing a Global SAP BI solution that interfaces with SAP to perform inter-company profit elimination on product inventory. This role will be required to coordinate across the countries/entities in scope to ensure that data is brought into the BI solution consistently and that all targeted sites can utilize the tools being built.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Coordinate data sourcing for entities in scope
- Ensure consistent master data as required by BI solution across countries. Search out correct data to be utilized for this purpose.
- Set up reliable data extraction mechanisms that are suitable for each entity and ensure proper security and access requirements.
- Facilitate roll out of integrated solutions to users across globally in conjunction with above site teams and other IT teams as required.
- Support of business objectives through sharing best practices and joint planning.
- Manage communications with our business and IT partners.
- Commit to improving the quality of our data and services at all stages of SDLC, ensuring that quality is built into our deliverables.
- Ensure the appropriate security protocols are created and adopted to satisfy the needs of the global user community.
- Analyze and document business processes, user requirements, and functional needs and provide innovative solutions.

SKILLS:

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 7 + years of experience in SAP required.
- The successful candidate will be an effective project leader with strong Program Management, Business Intelligence, and Data skills, and a proven track record of success in delivering Business Intelligence initiatives.
- SAP Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Projects - Minimum 7 years of experience
- Strong program management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Comfortable with analysing data
- Experience with Master Data management concepts Experience with Financial Product Costing Concepts, including but not limited to inter-company profit elimination, Inventory Reporting and parallel valuations.
- Knowledge of integration concepts and architecture as they relate to sourcing data into a data warehouse. Integration project experience desired.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, Supply Chain Operations and Planning.
- Experience with modern dash-boarding and data discovery tools.
- Data quality methodology and data modelling skills
- Experience training people in various technologies - in particular SAP BI - a plus
- Experience with HP Quality Center - Validation Testing and Requirements Gathering a plus.
- Document management systems experience a plus.
- Some Travel is required
