-Profound experience as project manager
-Very good communication skills and excellent documentation skills
-Good knowledge defining short, clear instructions for non-IT individuals
-Ability to drive timely outcome
-Experience in IT projects related to building/engineering/facility/infrastructure is a plus
-Written and verbal proficiency in German and English
-Pharmaceutical background is a plus
