For our client, a Pharmaceutical company in Mannheim, we are looking for an IT Project and Application Manager - 100% in Mannheim

The Position
As a team member in the exciting global project s/he will manage roll-outs and support the SAP based Travel Management solution as IT Project manager globally

Tasks
Work as an IT Project and Application Manager for the project rollouts partnering with the Business Project Manager
Work alongside Business specialists from Finance and HR to analyze the requirements
Design system solutions within IT team to support the new processes
Implement and configure the agreed solutions
Be responsible for support and optimization of that solution
Saveguard the project Global Template
Work with an international team. Project core team members currently located in Germany, Poland, Singapore & United States
Support the project solution globally
- experience with Ui5 Front End technology

Up to 25% of travel expected (to project location), not relevant for 2016, but in case of extension in 2017

What we are looking for:
Senior Project Manager with more than 3 years' experience in HR SAP (HCM) Travel Expenses customization

Extensive knowledge in SAP HR, especially in the core modules of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management

Additionally, a good understanding of functional aspects of HR and Finance and the respective business processes

The ideal candidate would also have:
Experience with payment and posting processes within SAP HCM, basis knowledge of SAP Payroll.
Knowledge in Employee Self Service travel Webdynpro applications
Experience with Credit Card Integration within SAP. Knowledge with Online Booking Tool interfaces, for example Cytric and GetThere.
Experience with Archiving of travel documents with OpenText.
Understanding of ABAP programming, Webdynpro ABAP and Smartforms/HR form skills - transport/change management
Experience in UI5 development
Strong ability to communicate effectively with business customers and IT specialists
Team orientation and readiness to work in a global environment as part of a virtual team across time zones

Demonstrated experience in successful global projects and global

To summarize the skills:
For the position the main focus is IT Project and Application Management. SAP Travel knowledge is very important, since there will be configurations in SAP Travel. Additionally, the candidate would need to write the specifications for the developer. Therefore a good understanding of SAP in general and developing knowledge is important.

Since the candidate will work with a global team and would need to communicate a lot, English is essential.
