For one of our prestigious clients in the banking sector we are looking for a Production Support Analyst!
YOU MAIN TASKS WILL INVOLVE:
- 2nd line support
- becoming the Subject Matter Expert for one or more applications
- Strong collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years` experience in IT Support role
Unix/Linux & Shell Scripting
Batch/Control-M experience
Experience with SQL (Sybase & Oracle)
