IT Procurement Officer

This global group engineering consulting firm delivers projects across a diverse range of sectors and has an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Specialist to take over a maternity leave position. The office is centrally located and close to city trains.

In this position you will assist drive business Supply Chain Management process by managing and continuously improving forecasting techniques, methods and approach, reporting and management. In addition you will create and maintain existing reporting, supplier relationships, documentation and standard operating procedures.

To be successful in this role you will have been tertiary qualified in supply chain/logistics and you are recognised for your excellent customer service. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a strong sense of work ethics. Your honesty will ensure that you work `best practice. You have a keen eye for process and performance improvement and are never happy to accept the status quo.

Your will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have the confidence and ability to communicate at all levels across the business.
