My client, a large consultancy, is looking for an IT Procurement Analyst for a 3 month rolling contract in Rotterdam.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Procurement field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of Procurement concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others.
The selected candidate ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner, evaluates contracts and vendors; makes final decisions regarding suppliers, May serve as a mediator during disputes between vendors and IT staff.
