IT Procurement Analyst (3 Months FTC)

Projektbeschreibung

The IT Procurement Analyst is responsible for the delivery of IT Services, including, but not limited to the Procurement and Provision of Services, within the Group IT Service Delivery function. Working closely with the Service Desk, 2nd Line teams, Suppliers and reporting into the Procurement Team Leader. The role will provide a seamless end to end process for the procurement of IT components, asset, licensing and configuration recording.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide excellence in customer service by fulfilling internal and external orders, providing a friendly fast and efficient service.
To build relationships with 3rd party suppliers and support companies.
Ensuring all internal and external SLA's are met.
Liaise with suppliers with regards to quotes for new equipment and provide quotes to company users as requested.
Responsibility for IT order processing, prioritising and meeting customers' expectations.
Maintain the IT asset register
Maintain software-licensing information
Audit completed IT records and report any discrepancies to the Procurement team Leader.
Ensure as required, that all IT departmental records are accurately completed and kept up-to-date in accordance with company IT policy
Assist colleagues with priority workload
Be proactive in providing updates to customers and own workload end to end
Assist the team leader in demand management
Improve perception of service by suggesting service improvement initiatives to the Procurement Team Leade r.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Sound experience working within IT Administration Team.
An understanding of ITIL guidelines.
The ability to understand the customer business requirements.
Must have sound experience of implementing best practises.
Knowledge or experience in Service Desk Applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Knowledge of vendor leasing and licensing.
General administration duties.
