IT Process Manager / CMMi Leader / Coach (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
Quality & Methods (Q&M) division is in charge of the Asset (maintenance) & Project Management processes in the "Application Development and Management" (ADM)
entity. These two processes are two of the main IT process which are managed in the division and for which an increased CMMI maturity is crucial.
The Quality and Methods team is currently defining and deploying the processes for requirements management/requirements engineering and supporting
methods/techniques

Function Description
Your missions consists of :
- Coach colleagues on the requirements engineering processes and methods
- Participation to the formalisation & documentation of the processes
- Collaborate to the rollout of the processes in our company :
- implementation and use of procedures, forms and guides
- implementation and use of tools in support of the method
- facilitate and lead workshops/meetings and create buy-in of all involved parties
- Be involved in the validation of the processes and deliverables
- Identify the improvements to be made to processes and associated tools and participating in capitalization at an organizational level

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT organization.
- Have a vast experience in coaching
- Experience with requirements engineering techniques in an IT environment.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
o Knowledge of CMMI principles.
o Knowledge and experience of methodologies (RUP, Prince2, ITIL,…).
o Experience as IT Project Manager and/or IT Maintenance Manager.
o Experience with Requirements Management, Requirements Engineering and supporting methods (requirements elicitation, use case analysis, UML,…)

Preferable
o Experience with asset and/or project management in a subcontracting environment
o Experience with Agile.
o Experience with BPMN
