IT Process Consultant for IS Operating Model Implementation

IT PROCESS CONSULTANT FOR IS OPERATING MODEL IMPLEMENTATION

This role is working for a London IT consultancy, working for their client. A lot of time will also be in Berlin for this role. You must be flexible around this.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Profound experience in designing and modelling/documenting IT processes
- Experience and knowledge of at least one process modelling notation (preferably BPMN 2.0)
- Experience and knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks (ITIL V3, PMI, TOGAF, COBIT 5.0)
- Project management & -administration
- MS-Visio
- Microsoft Office Suite

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Work with the defined IS Process Owners and support them in designing the processes and give guidance on good process design.

Conduct interviews with the Process Owners and create an adequate and consistent process documentation for the defined processes according to standards & internal/external requirement.

Create templates for process documentation & other project deliverables.

Facilitate integrity of the process design by conducting regular quality checks and by providing feedback to the Process Owners.

Facilitate and prepare process workshops.

Support the project team and the Process Owners by preparing and conducting communication materials and process related training.

Create, manage & execute a project status monitoring system.

Support the project team with project administrative work.
