IT Portfolio Coördinator for Oslo

For our customer in Oslo, we are looking for an IT PORTFOLIO COORDINATOR. This will be a full time position in Oslo. There will be occasional travel to other locations.

The consultant will be part of the IT Portfolio department and will report to Head of IT Portfolio.

The consultant primary responsibility will be:

- - Maintain overview of IT resource capacity (communication with department heads, resource owners)
- - Facilitate project resource request proces
- - Create project portfolio reports (from SharePoint)
- - Create training material
- - Testing (implementation of new project portfolio management solution)

Mandatory experience:

- experience with creation of training material/performing training and SW testing
- experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2007 or 2013)
- experience with Microsoft Office tools (excel, word, PowerPoint)

Required skills and competences

- Structured way of working, familiar with project work
- Microsoft SharePoint (2007 or 2013)
- Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, Powerpoint)
- Communication, regular interaction with department heads/resource owners

Good knowledge of English
