NextLink is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. One of our best clients, a global multinational Pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, is currently looking for an English speaking IT Operations Manager.

Work location: Basel
THE ROLE
Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating
unit.
Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency.
Manage staff for optimum performance. attentive to details and assumes accountability for consequences of actions taken.
Ability to assess where technology solutions fit within a business process.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
Project management experience and good writing skills for documentation requirements. Will be required to have face to face meetings with Business IT.
Strong analytical and system design background.
A knowledge of PxQ charging methodology would be useful.
