IT Operations Analyst - PC Technician

Our direct Fortune 500 client in the North East Cleveland area is looking for an experience PC Technician to help troubleshoot general computer hardware and software issues. General duties include assisting with diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing PCs, laptops, printers, computer peripherals, and/or miscellaneous hardware equipment in order to extend the life cycle of computer equipment.

Required:

- High School diploma or Associates Degree with at least two years of PC technician experience.
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- The ability to operate a PC and its associated software, and a working knowledge of how computers and computer hardware operate.
- Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Prior experience with asset management systems using barcode technology preferred.
- Knowledge of PC hardware installation preferred.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to work under minimal supervision and work effectively under pressure.
