IT Operations Analyst/French

IT OPERATIONS ANALYST/FRENCH

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

-

You will support the production environment 24/7 and will solve businessand IT problems with innovative solutions to ensure that a maximum service level is provided to Customers on a 24 hour basis
-

You will implement, integrate and support third party software as well as internally developed applications.
-

You will analyse problems and resolve issues during shift work and will perform monitoring, tuning and optimisation of performance of in-house
-

IT applications as well as third party software whilst ensuring maximum availability and service to customers

-

You will ensure the integrity of the production environment and will implement upgrades or new products that are critical for the daily operational business

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS:

-

University degree, BAC+2/3 in an IT related discipline or equivalent through relevant work experience
-

Experience in WINDOWS environments is required
-

Good knowledge of Oracle and SQL
-

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems (Servers, workstations),MS Exchange, MS SQL, VMware, Citrix, and other various software applications
-

Ability to work in a customer-facing role, service-oriented attitude and attention to detail
-

Fluent in both written and spoken English and French. Additional languages will be an asset
