I have an exciting opportunity for a Network Manager based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

As the UK's largest disability charity, they run a wide range of services for disabled adults and children. This complements our community mission work which supports churches to make their communities a better place to live. We welcome and work with people of all faiths.

Sills needed:

* Microsoft Qualified (MSP, MCSE, MCITP, MCSA etc.)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and product sets including SharePoint, Exchange, SQL
* Good knowledge of Networking topologies and troubleshooting techniques
* Knowledge of data backup and recovery products
* Knowledge of security products including antivirus and web filtering
* Excellent broad knowledge of systems & technologies
* Knowledge of remote technologies including Citrix, VPN and terminal services
* Good understanding of business continuity planning in an IT service delivery context
* Good understanding Telephone systems
* Able to develop & maintain systems plans
* Able maintain SQL databases
* Able to document business requirements and produce specifications from them
* Able to write clear and concise documentation, including appropriate diagrams
* Ability to work under pressure and priorities
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Creative problem solving ability
* Strong customer focus.
* Drive and determination.
* Able to communicate complex IT technologies and issues in business terms
* Ability to work with Livability beneficiaries and staff
