For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for an Continuous Delivery Expert for Unify IT Execution.

Introduction:
Your role is to understand and to Map the Internal and Global environment as well as new External development in the Way of Working to ensure Continuous Improvement, re-use and implementation of these Standards and Way of Working on Global Scale.

In this role you will be working with Senior Professionals within (the head office) the global IT organization, that has the mission to adopt and implement the "Concept of one" within IT worldwide: Global unification in the way of working in IT. Defining and describing the Strategy and principles for the way-of-working in IT, translating these in a concrete worldwide roadmap for standardization and guiding and monitoring the implementation in IT domains.

Your job profile:
- Definition, description and productisation of the IT Strategy and principles for the way-of-working in IT
- Translation of these standards & principles in a concrete worldwide roadmap, taking into account the status and interests of all stakeholders.
- Coordination, monitoring and assessment of progress of the IT standardization based on the Way of Working in all IT domains worldwide.
- Functional alignment of the Product Owners of the major IT solutions supporting the Way-of-working.
- Aligning global and local changes related to the envisioned IT way of working, and coordination of the creation of central capabilities (act as a primary link between local and global).
- Using a network to standardize across different countries as much as possible.
- Building and maintaining an internal and external international network to act on behalf of and to stimulate and increase worldwide sharing of knowledge and improvement of standards. Has an active contribution to relevant meetings and events.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and satisfaction.
- Alignment with and between the architectural function, the local CIO's and informal leads.
- Knowledge sharing, safeguarding and sharing lessons learned and best practices .

Your profile:
Process- and change management
- Act as a change leader and coordinator to deploy the concept of one worldwide, this might also require cultural changes.
- Initiate improvements to grow to a more standardized IT in a way of working in IT global organization

Strategy and functional management
- Organize, manage, schedule activities in line with the roadmap for deploying the IT Concept of One based on the Way of Working.
- Transparency in process adherence / compliance via reporting, actively monitoring all IT domains.
- Alignment of global and local changes related to the envisioned standardization in IT way of working, and coordinate the creation of central capabilities (act as a primary link between local and global).
- Priority setting in the backlogs of central capability development and improvement.
- Analyze and solve problems in a structural manner.

Knowledge sharing
- Stay informed about relevant developments in IT and the way-of-working, and deploy these to define policy and adapt roadmaps.
- Organize that knowledge of developments and challenges on IT standardization and the IT way-of-working is collected, maintained and distributed, and lessons learned and best practices are safeguarded.
