IT INFRASTRUCTURE SENIOR CONSULTANT needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Technical telephony background
- Vendor experience
- HR requirements and prepare POs

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Help translate the requirements given by HR into design requirements for the vendors
- They would need to be able to drive the service providers in meetings to manage the tasks against specific timelines
- They would also have to help test the solutions and make sure documentation of design and support structure was complete as needed in each implementation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- They would need to provide status reports on activities and they would have the work with the service center supervisors to help train, test, document and drive to resolution any issues that may come up and support processes for after the cutover
- The HR Direct Service Center Project will impact the LA region and include all employees of that region
- The HR Direct Service Center Project involves developing a Contact Center in each region of the world by working with several vendors and project managers to size
