PROFILE:

IT INFRA SME:

- Define Project environments needs.
- Create IT Infrastructure High Level Design (HLD):
- Environments description.
- HW & SW description for each Full Stack component.
- Rack mount Design for all Full Stack HW components.
- Physical Network/SAN Topology Design.
- Logical Network Design.
- Storage Design.
- Application Nodes configuration
- Database Nodes configuration.
- Database Physical and Logical Design.
- Monitor tools and process.
- Backup tools, polices and process.
- Geographic Redundancy detailed Design.
- Support HW Physical Setup, done by customer.
- Support full IT Infrastructure Implementation.
- Support IT SME's to create Low Level Design (LLD).
- Support Customer and Project teams.
- Support Customer, regarding IT Infrastructure implementation, on Production environment
- Large experience in designing and implementing IT Infrastructure projects.
- Deep knowledge, at least, in one of the Full Stack HW & SW technology.
- Experience in dealing with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge about Ericsson CSI tools and process.

RELEASE MANAGEMENT:

- Validate Project environments needs.
- Manage and control application Install process.
- Maintain detailed environment inventory and release control.
- Follow Up the Problem Notifications with PDU/Product Unit
- Define and control code transition among environments
- Define the releases and fixes, to be installed in each environment.
- Support Application environment design for Production.
- Manage Production Application install
- High level knowledge about Ericsson Full Stack components, Ericsson CSI tools and process.
