IT Information/Business Analyst - Contract - Netherlands

ROLE: IT INFORMATION/BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for an IT Information/business analyst with experience in an agile/scrum way of working.

Our client is a global Giant in this industry and this role in challenging and really exiting.

The analyst is responsible for gathering requirements from the business and translating these requirements into user stories and/or solutions. Besides that, the analyst will work as a key player and team player within their epics. They will take ownership for their epics and manage related planning, processes and people.

THE ANALYST:

- participates in product refinement sessions, supporting the product owner in explaining the what' and why' and retrieving feedback to discuss with stakeholders;
- participates in design sessions with development teams as well as other stakeholders, to challenge the best solution;
- supports and challenges the product owner in creating the product vision;
- supports the product owner in presenting requirements to stakeholders;
- builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders;
- discusses and aligns new requirements with stakeholders;
- finds alternative ways to contribute to business objectives;
- validates and coaches stakeholders in defining clear and brief requirements;
- turns ideas into further products, ideally MVP's.

REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge and experience of Agile, Scrum and Agile tools (like Jira)
- Knowledge of information management, tools and methods
- Knowledge of application development and architecture
- Knowledge and experience within an SAP dominated environment
- 3+ years of IT experience, preferable as business or information analyst
- Experienced team player
- experience with working in the airline industry is nice to have
- Dutch language is nice to have
