We are looking for an interim IT Service manager HR Data Backbone

Your work environment: IT HR Team Manager (QR3723)
The department takes care of application development and configuration, performs various operational IT activities, manages the applications, systems and processes needed for the company activities like HR, Finance and Risk, and is responsible for the development and delivery of change programmes and projects in those domains.

The HR & GSA department is primarily responsible for delivering IT services and application changes for:
- HR departments (NL an International)
- IT Domains (Shared IT4IT solutions)
- Various Business Domains (Shared Business Support & Collaboration solutions)
- Group Services (Continuous Delivery solutions)

The CHRIS (Corporate HR Information Systems) department is responsible for servicing a portfolio of internationally used HR applications (ILC, Successfactors, Taleo) and a Corporate HR data warehouse (HR Data Backbone).

Job description: IT HR Team Manager (QR3723)
As part of the Taleo and Corporate HR Data Backbone team, you keep the overview of the various work packages (e.g. availability, changes requests, security items, external hiring).
You work closely with Corporate HR and the HR
- Experience with ETL tools and data mart schemas, such as Star schema
- In-depth affinity and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model, preferably Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working in complex environment (organizational sensitivity and creation of support).
- A good command of Dutch and English spoken and written.
