IT Helpdesk Support
For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an IT helpdesk oriented client services.
Start date: 02/02/2014. It is a contract position to reinforce the helpdesk team.
Tasks description:
- Call center functions such as answering calls and administering voice mail and email.
- Creation of problem incidents and change records utilizing MAGIC software tools.
- Coordination of work order creation.
- Coordination of client enrollment processes for new associates.
- Coordination of user administration processes and password resets for all Polo platforms.
- Management reporting utilizing MAGIC tools.
Skills and experience:
- Provide detailed problem description of the client calls and assign to appropriate support group.
- The candidate must have basic knowledge experience supporting remote clients.
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple problems and assignments.
- Ability to handle stress situations and always apply methodic troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Fluent in English & French (working knowledge of Italian and Spanish an advantage).
